Job summary

BLOX, LLC seeks an STO (Storage, Transport, and Loadout) Coordinator to manage internal storage and external delivery of BLOX products across the manufacturing campus and to coordinate moves from production to customer sites.

You will collaborate with Production, Engineering, Logistics, and Program Management to plan each move, oversee crane locations, trucks, and freight logistics, and maintain accurate tracking and safety records as BLOX scales its manufacturing volumes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in operations, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse/yard management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe products.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong cross-functional communication with Production, Engineering, and Program Management.
• Manufacturing experience preferred; ability to work without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Plan internal logistics for WIP and finished products and external deliveries to job sites.
• Review product tracking docs to determine scope of moves and loadouts.
• Coordinate units ready to move from Manufacturing to outside storage on the BLOX campus.
• Develop detailed move plans including crane, straddle carrier, and truck logistics.
• Lead recurring meetings with stakeholders to finalize move/loadout plans.
• Coordinate all activities with the STL team and oversee execution.
• Maintain safety documentation for STL activities.
• Maintain outside storage map and communicate updates to partners.
• Book trucks/trailers for delivery through existing freight channels and explore partnerships.
