Zen Sherpa LLC in Henderson, NV is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead modular building projects from planning through closeout in a fully on‑site role.

You will coordinate multiple projects with subcontractors and production teams, review blueprints, monitor costs, ensure code compliance, and drive safety. Relocation assistance is available within the 48 contiguous states; US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in residential or commercial construction project management.
• Experience coordinating site activities with subcontractors, suppliers, engineering, QA and production teams.
• Strong scheduling, cost management and regulatory compliance knowledge.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans accurately.
• Proven leadership in fast-paced environments and strong safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple modular construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate daily activities with subcontractors, suppliers, engineering, QA, and production teams.
• Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications for accurate implementation.
• Monitor project costs and maintain financial controls.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead project meetings, communicate progress, and resolve issues proactively.
• Supervise on-site manufacturing activities to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Mentor supervisors and production teams to maintain a high-performance culture.
• Oversee quality control processes to ensure products meet standards.
• Track KPIs related to productivity, quality, safety, and cost; implement corrective actions.
