Job summary

Arcadis in Boise, Idaho seeks an OSM Site Logistics Manager to lead offsite manufacturing and prefabrication activities, coordinating production planning, logistics, and site installation to meet project schedules and quality standards.

You will partner with fabrication shops, BIM/design teams, and suppliers to optimize throughput, manage bottlenecks, and ensure safety and compliance across complex industrial and semiconductor projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in offsite manufacturing, prefabrication, or fabrication shop operations.
• Experience in logistics, supplier performance, and site installation coordination.
• Strong knowledge of production planning and capacity management.
• Ability to coordinate design revisions and constructability reviews with BIM/design teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with fabrication shops and suppliers to support milestones.
• Lead planning and change management to minimize schedule impacts.
• Coordinate with BIM and design teams to resolve fabrication issues.
• Develop QA, inspection, testing, and material traceability processes.
• Coordinate logistics, transportation, storage, rigging, and installation sequencing.
• Collaborate with site supervisors to prepare installation crews and materials.
• Establish and monitor supplier KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct supplier reviews and corrective action initiatives.
