Job summary

Commodore Homes LLC, a Cavco Industries division, is seeking a drafter with AutoCAD experience or a background in housing construction. We are willing to train motivated individuals to grow with a progressive industry.

You will create and revise drawings for literatures, permits, production packages, and working drawings; review for accuracy; and meet deadlines to keep the workflow smooth and efficient.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred but not required.
• Proficient with computers; strong communication and problem solving.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to work in teams and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create and revise detailed drawings for: Literatures, Permits, Production Packages / Working Drawings
• Review work to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Meet deadlines to reduce bottlenecks and maintain a smooth workflow
