Job summary

Commodore Homes LLC, a division of Cavco Industries, is hiring drafters with AutoCAD experience or a background in housing construction. We will train motivated individuals to evolve with a progressive industry.

Responsibilities include creating and revising detailed drawings for literatures, permits, and production packages, reviewing for accuracy, and meeting deadlines to maintain a smooth workflow.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; college degree preferred but not required.
• Proficient with computers and problem solving.
• Ability to work in teams and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Create and revise detailed drawings for Literatures, Permits, Production Packages / Working Drawings.
• Review work to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Meet deadlines to reduce bottlenecks and maintain smooth workflow.
