Job summary

Compu Dynamics Modular seeks a Senior Electrical and Controls Engineer to lead the design, development, and implementation of electrical and control systems for its modular data centers and commercial products. You will shepherd concepts through manufacturing, installation, and site commissioning.

You will mentor junior engineers, ensure NEC and local code compliance, and drive standardization and innovation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar field.
10+ years of experience in electrical engineering with an emphasis on commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects.
Expert-level understanding of power distribution, control systems, and electrical code compliance.

Responsibilities

Lead electrical and controls system design for modular product development (commercial and data center).
Develop and review diagrams, cable schedules, load lists, and Bills of Materials.
Ensure design and code compliance (NEC/local codes) and support field activities and commissioning.
Mentor junior engineers; conduct peer reviews and audits.
Interface with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve design issues.
