Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in the electrical field.
• Knowledge of building codes for modular/transportable buildings.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience reading construction drawings and specs.
• Ability to interpret customer specification requirements clearly.
• Creative, cost-reducing solutions without quality impact.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Project management skills demonstrated.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to Integrated Solution Sr Production Manager.
• Manage pre-modularized projects from design through factory build and delivery.
• Develop drawings and design strategies.
• Coordinate with LV, Busbar and MV on modular fit-outs.
• Coordinate and procure outsourced vendors.
• Liaise and organize subcontractors in factory and on site.
• Oversee commissioning activities and document control.
• Maintain document control on client Vertiv platforms.
• Assist in ordering materials and equipment.
• Attend client production, commissioning and schedule meetings.
• Complete snagging and quality checks before dispatch.
• Develop RAMS and delivery strategies/planning.
• Provide support to site teams.
