Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior project management experience required; construction PM a plus
• Power distribution equipment experience preferred
• Excellent communication; able to conduct effective meetings/presentations
• Able to work in a matrixed environment
• Knowledge of construction, electrical, mechanical contracting a plus
• In-depth infra and data center expertise with UPS, thermal, battery and monitoring
• Understanding of engineering, manufacturing, data center infra and commissioning
• 3–5 years of experience
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• MBA preferred
• PMP preferred

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with PMO to define methods, procedures and best practices
• Define project scope and tasks; coordinate with stakeholders across functions
• Track progress, KPIs, meeting notes and action items
• Ensure service and delivery of contract requirements and customer expectations
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans; communicate with stakeholders
• Coordinate team on critical path and short/long-term resolutions
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within scope
