Giga Energy Inc. seeks a Project Manager, Modular Data Center Delivery to own end-to-end delivery of GigaBase modules. You’ll coordinate engineering, procurement, factories, freight and site teams into a single plan and report status to leadership.

Position is based in Houston with occasional travel up to ~20% to sites, factories, and vendors. You’ll lead cross-functional execution across US and China time zones, build repeatable processes, and ensure on-time handoff to construction.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience delivering engineered equipment or capital-project packages.
• Experience coordinating overseas manufacturing or vendor teams, ideally in Asia.
• Ability to maintain a linked delivery schedule across long-lead procurement to site readiness.
• Proven ability to hold cross-functional teams accountable without direct authority.
• Comfortable using AI tools daily.

• Build and own the integrated delivery schedule from site need date to delivery.
• Convert scope and inputs into a module and long-lead plan; flag gaps.
• Coordinate with China teams, factories, vendors, and logistics to stay on track.
• Track order, production, and shipping status across systems.
• Evaluate delivery options with clear schedule and cost impacts.
• Manage scope changes and delivery risks with decisions and owners.
• Handoff delivery information to construction with status and items.
• Develop repeatable processes and tracking tools, leveraging AI when helpful.
