Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a Handyman/Construction Laborer in Indianapolis, IN with starting pay of $20-$21+ per hour, paid weekly. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM. This is a career opportunity with a leading modular building company requiring construction experience.

Responsibilities include refurbishment, remodeling modular buildings, framing, tile work, and installing windows. Overtime may be needed; background/drug testing required.

Qualifications

• Rough Carpentry experience such as wall framing or sub flooring installation.
• Remodeling experience
• Background and drug testing
• Reliable and flexible to work overtime as needed

Responsibilities

• Perform refurbishment from top to bottom, including floors, wall framing, window cleaning.
• Remodeling modular buildings
• Inspect/replace framework using carpentry skills
• Tile prep and installation
• Cleaning and upkeep of modular buildings
• Install structures and fixtures, such as windows.
• Maintain proper inventory levels of all equipment/tools/parts needed for service tasks.
• Maintain a safe work environment and practice safe work habits per company policies.
• Wear and use of personal protective equipment
