Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking Service Technicians for our modular building remodeling team in Syracuse, NY. Work Monday through Friday 7:00am–3:30pm, with potential overtime. Pay rate is $22.00–$23.00+ per hour.

Qualifications

• Rough Carpentry experience such as wall framing or sub flooring installation
• Remodeling experience
• Background and drug testing
• Reliable and flexible to work overtime as needed

Responsibilities

• Perform refurbishment from top to bottom, including floors, wall framing, window cleaning.
• Remodeling modular buildings
• Inspect/replace framework using carpentry skills
• Tile prep and installation
• Cleaning and upkeep of modular buildings
• Install structures and fixtures, such as windows.
• Maintain proper inventory levels of all equipment/tools/parts needed for service tasks.
• Maintain a safe work environment and practice safe work habits per company policies.
• Wear and use of personal protective equipment
