Job summary

Robertson Construction Group LLC is actively seeking a hands-on Handyman to perform maintenance and repair tasks on residential and commercial properties in Indianapolis, IN. Starting pay is $20–$30 per hour for a full-time, on-site role.

You will respond to work orders, source materials, and complete tasks efficiently while maintaining safety and quality standards. You will collaborate with project managers and superintendents, communicate progress, and ensure all work aligns with company

Qualifications

• Strong general maintenance skills including basic carpentry, plumbing and light electrical repair.
• Experience with drywall repair, painting, caulking and finishing to a professional standard.
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools and common construction equipment.
• Knowledge of basic building codes, safety practices and job site procedures.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and ability to travel between job sites in Indianapolis, IN.
• Effective communication and ability to work with supervisors, clients and team members.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor including lifting, bending, standing and ladders.
• Prior handyman/maintenance or skilled-trade experience is highly beneficial.
• Commitment to punctuality, reliability, and high-quality workmanship.
