Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous construction, laborer, or modular building experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation, assembly, and setup of modular buildings and related structures.
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Prepare and clean job sites before, during, and after construction activities.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and other construction equipment as needed.
• Assist skilled tradespersons with carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and finishing work.
• Perform demolition, excavation, and site preparation activities when required.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Handle material staging, inventory, and general site organization.
• Remove debris and dispose of waste materials properly.
• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks as assigned.
• Travel to project locations as required.
