Job summary

BOXX Modular seeks a Site Superintendent for a remote-eligible role coordinating safety, project execution, and client interfaces across multiple states. The position requires approximately 75% travel and candidates located in TX, LA, GA, FL, SC, or NC.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a construction Site Superintendent; modular experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing with clients and teams.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel and MS Project.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret specifications.
• Must pass pre-employment drug & alcohol tests and background check.
• Must have a valid class C driver’s license and be able to travel (~75%).
• OSHA-30 certification or ability to obtain within 60 days of hiring.
• Must be fluent in English, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate safety efforts for all assigned projects and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Lead project teams by coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to meet project goals.
• Interface with the client’s on-site construction management and advise in a responsible manner.
• Ensure subcontractor contractual requirements are fulfilled and attend meetings.
• Track and report project results, metrics, and inspections with local authorities.
• Perform punch-list walks with subcontractors to minimize closeout efforts.
