Blue View Builder is seeking a Modular Construction Sales Agent to generate, qualify, and close buyers for factory-built and modular homes and commercial structures. You will own the full sales cycle—from first conversation through signed contract and handoff to production—while educating customers on speed, quality, and cost advantages of modular construction.

This is a relationship- and consultative-sales role; familiarity with real estate or loan origination helps.

Formación

• Proven B2C or B2B consultative sales experience with a track record of meeting quota.
• Experience presenting pricing, options and contracts for major purchases.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to explain technical product details in plain language.
• Self-directed, organized, and capable of managing a pipeline with limited supervision.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Responsabilidades

• Build and manage a pipeline of homeowners, landowners, builders, developers, and commercial buyers.
• Prepare proposals, option packages, and purchase agreements; negotiate terms within guidelines.
• Coordinate with design, estimating, production, and project management to align expectations with capacity.
• Guide financing conversations and connect buyers with lenders for construction-to-permanent loans.
• Keep CRM records, forecasts, and activity reports up to date.
• Represent the company at open houses, model home tours, trade shows, and events.
• Develop referral relationships with real estate agents, loan officers, and contractors.
• Stay informed on local zoning, permitting, foundations, and delivery logistics.
