MODLOGIQ, Inc. seeks a Technical Sales Representative to drive and support modular design-build solutions from initial client engagement to contract execution.

The role serves as a bridge among Sales, clients, architects, engineers, and the Preconstruction/Estimating team, ensuring projects are well-planned, scoped, and budgeted for successful execution. Our SMART OFF-SITE CONSTRUCTION approach differentiates us in the industry.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in preconstruction, estimating, design-build, or modular construction.
• Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong budgeting, cost analysis, and scope development skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination across internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support modular design-build solutions from early client engagement through contract execution.
• Bridge Sales, clients, architects, engineers, and the Preconstruction/Estimating team.
• Ensure projects are strategically planned, scoped, budgeted, and positioned for execution.
• Drive new projects and revenue growth and shape strategy during the pursuit phase.
• Align client goals with modular delivery solutions and ensure a smooth handoff after award.
