Job summary

Fading West is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to oversee modular construction projects from preconstruction through final delivery in the Colorado mountain region. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules, budgets, and safety standards, and ensure on-site work meets quality specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience considered in lieu of degree.
• 3+ years in construction project management, modular building, or related field.
• PM experience on projects from $1M to $15M.
• Experience in manufacturing, residential/modular housing, or commercial construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple modular construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules ensuring milestones and delivery deadlines.
• Coordinate with owners/reps, architects/engineering, purchasing, production, logistics, and field ops.
• Lead project meetings and provide status updates to leadership.
• Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to company standards.
