Job summary

Cordillera is seeking an experienced Construction Manager – PC27 & PC17 / Modular Construction to lead Owner-side field construction for a major capital project in a regulated environment. You will oversee CM teams and contractors, ensure safety, and drive milestones for modular execution and equipment integration.

The role emphasizes turnover readiness, CQV alignment, and interface management across modular, utility, and site teams.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of construction experience on large capital projects.
• Experience in Owner, EPCM, or Construction Management oversight.
• Strong leadership, coordination and problem solving.
• Spanish strongly preferred; OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Owner-side field leadership for PC27/PC17 work packages.
• Oversee CM and contractor execution activities and safety.
• Monitor progress, performance, quality and milestones.
• Implement project construction procedures and turnover plans.
• Ensure alignment with scope, safety and project commitments.
• Support modular execution, module receipt and installation activities.
• Coordinate interfaces between modular/site utilities and CQV.
• Lead safety walks, audits, and incident investigations.
• Support turnover readiness and first-time-right execution.
