Qualifications

• 5 years of residential or commercial construction project management
• Experience coordinating site activities in modular construction
• Proficiency with Bluebeam and MS Office
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans
• Knowledge of scheduling, cost management, and regulatory compliance
• Strong leadership in fast-paced environments
• Driver's license preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple modular construction projects from inception to completion
• Coordinate daily activities with subcontractors, suppliers, engineering, QA, and production teams
• Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications for accurate implementation
• Monitor project costs and maintain financial controls
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
• Lead project meetings, communicate progress, and resolve issues proactively
• Supervise on-site manufacturing activities to ensure safety and efficiency
• Mentor supervisors and production teams to maintain a high-performance culture
• Oversee quality control processes to ensure products meet industry and customer standards
• Track KPIs related to productivity, quality, safety, and cost; implement corrective actions
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations
