The DMC Project Manager will lead end-to-end project execution, coordinating design, manufacturing, construction and logistics to meet safety, quality, budget and schedule targets. This role requires strategic thinking, proactive leadership and collaboration across diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven PM experience in construction or manufacturing.
• Data Center experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Experience in design-build or modular construction.
• Thrive in a high growth, innovative organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex, fast paced projects from initiation through closeout.
• Drive safety, quality, budget, and schedule performance.
• Act as a client focused communicator, managing relationships, reporting, and expectations.
• Coordinate with cross functional teams across Design, Manufacturing, Construction, and Logistics.
• Collaborate with field teams to ensure efficient, well planned site execution.
• Mentor and develop Assistant Project Managers and team members.
• Oversee project financials, forecasting, change management and reporting.
• Develop accurate cost models, estimates, and project assumptions.
