Job summary

BLOX is seeking a driven DMC Project Manager to lead end-to-end modular building projects using our Design Manufacture Construct delivery model.

You will coordinate design, manufacturing, construction, and logistics teams, manage budgets and schedules, mentor assistant project managers, and drive continuous improvement across programs to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven PM experience in construction or manufacturing.
• Data Center experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to manage schedules and interpret technical drawings.
• Experience in design-build or modular construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex, fast paced projects from initiation through closeout.
• Drive safety, quality, budget, and schedule performance.
• Communicate with clients, manage relationships and expectations.
• Coordinate with Design, Manufacturing, Construction, and Logistics teams.
• Collaborate with field teams for site execution.

We are seeking a driven, results focused DMC Project Manager to lead end-to-end project execution with our Design Manufacture Construct (DMC) delivery model. This role requires a strategic thinker, proactive leader and collaborative problem solver who can manage complex projects while aligning cross functional teams to deliver high quality modular building solutions.

• Manage subcontractors, trade partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee project financials, forecasting, change management and reporting.
• Support estimating efforts with a data driven and analytical approach.
• Develop accurate cost models, estimates, and project assumptions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
• Lead structured program launches with clear schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Identify risks and opportunities with a forward thinking, proactive mindset.
• Ensure timely and efficient project closeout.
• Mentor and develop Assistant Project Managers and team members.
• Capture and communicate lessons learned to support continuous improvement.

Job Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction or manufacturing.
• Data Center Experience Preferred
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to manage schedules and interpret technical drawings.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, including design, manufacturing and construction disciplines.
• Experience in a design-build or modular construction environment.
• Ability to thrive in a high growth innovative organization.
