Job summary

TAS Energy Inc., a Houston-based company, seeks a Modular Construction Project Planner in the Aftermarket Services Department to oversee installation and construction projects. The role focuses on cost control, forecasting, scheduling, and reporting to Finance to ensure on‑time, within‑budget delivery.

The position collaborates with Aftermarket Service Leadership, Site Managers, Project Managers, Purchasing, and Finance to monitor budgets and support strategic decisions for successful project

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project controls and planning within a construction environment.
• 10+ years in a construction environment.
• Advanced MS Office and scheduling software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and update Installation and Construction project budgets.
• Develop and maintain project schedules for each site.
• Coordinate with Finance to maintain milestone billing schedule.
• Prepare customer payments aligned with milestone billing.
• Generate ETCs and EACs and risk profiles.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and project requirements.
• Coordinate inputs for financial and progress reporting.
