Job summary

TAS Energy is seeking a Modular Construction Project Planner to join the Aftermarket Services Department in Houston, overseeing installation and construction project coordination, budgets, forecasting, and reporting to Finance. The role emphasizes on-site collaboration and cost control across multiple projects.

The position requires 5+ years in project controls, strong MS Office skills, and experience with scheduling tools (P6, MS Project, Procore, ACC). Domestic travel 70–90% may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project controls and planning in construction
• 10+ years in construction environment
• Advanced MS Office and scheduling software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and update installation and construction project budgets
• Develop and maintain project schedules for each site
• Coordinate with Finance to maintain milestone billing schedules
• Prepare customer applications for payment aligned with billing milestones
• Generate ETCs, EACs, and risk profiles with project teams
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and contract requirements
• Coordinate input from site construction teams for financial/reporting needs
• Minimize commercial risk through schedule and cost oversight
• Represent Construction Solutions Team in monthly reviews
