Job summary

TAS Energy Inc. is seeking a Site Electrical Superintendent to supervise all electrical construction for module installations. You will lead a team of electricians, coordinate daily tasks with the Site Manager, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards on our Houston-area projects.

You will manage forecast accuracy, budget and schedule for electrical activities, maintain up-to-date drawings, mentor staff, and collaborate with QA/QC and EHS teams to drive on-site excellence.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of electrical permitting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Identify and hire contract electrical staff as needed (welders, fitters, millwrights, forklift/crane operators, helpers).
• Coordinate daily tasks for the site electrical team according to priorities.
• Report project status to Site Manager on a regular basis.
• Implement and manage cost control strategies for electrical work.
• Provide accurate forecasting for all electrical activities.
• Oversee and mentor electrical staff on site.
• Collaborate with EHS to enforce safety practices and policies.
