Mobile Modular Management Corporation - A Division of McGrath is seeking a General Construction Laborer in Sulphur, LA. The role involves maintenance, cleaning, general construction, remodeling, and site preparation for delivery to customer sites.

You will install structures, perform rough carpentry, plumbing, and electrical tasks, and help remodel modular buildings while following safety procedures and plans. This position offers a hands-on role with clear growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Prior construction experience required.
• Ability to work outdoors in variable weather.
• Able to use hand and power tools safely.
• Able to perform math for measurements and specs.
• Able to understand instructions and follow safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Install structures or fixtures per plan using hand/power tools.
• Perform maintenance and construction tasks in plumbing, carpentry, painting, and electrical areas.
• Work on remodeling modular buildings and related framing/drywall tasks.
• Demolish, replace, or construct walls and finish-out components.
• Light electrical and plumbing work as needed.
• General cleaning and material cutting to measurements.
• Support Lean 6S initiatives and teamwork.
• Work Monday–Thursday 6:00am–4:30pm with possible Fridays/Saturdays.
