You will handle carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and finishing tasks, requiring strong communication with customers and team members. A valid driver’s license and a high school diploma are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have carpentry knowledge and experience.
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment.
• Some knowledge of computers and good communication skills for dealing with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Inspect modular buildings and perform repairs or readiness work.
• Lead safety initiatives and ensure workplace safety.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and operate company vehicle safely.
• Perform HVAC checks and other service tasks as needed.
