Job summary

Nature's Way seeks a Modern Workplace Engineer to lead design, modernization, and governance of enterprise workplace tech across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. You will own Intune configuration, policy design, and automation with PowerShell and MS Graph, coordinating with Security, Cloud, and Networking teams to enable a Zero Trust, scalable workplace.

Responsibilities include Azure Virtual Desktop, Teams Rooms, and print services, with emphasis on governance, lifecycle, and secure collaboration

Qualifications

5+ years of enterprise endpoint engineering in Windows/macOS/iOS/Android environments.
Deep experience with Intune configuration, compliance, and policy design.
Strong automation skills with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.
Experience with Windows Autopilot and device enrollment strategies.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 compliance and Teams/SharePoint governance.
Ability to translate security requirements into scalable designs.

Responsibilities

Own design and governance of Intune configuration and policies across devices.
Define workplace tech standards and lifecycle strategies.
Govern enterprise app catalog including packaging, deployment, and patching.
Design and modernize AVD and meeting room technologies.
Develop automation to orchestrate configuration governance across Microsoft 365 services.
