Job summary

SilverSky is seeking a Hybrid Modern Work Concierge to educate clients on Microsoft 365, Azure, and Power Platform and to drive value across the customer lifecycle. You will partner with Sales, Account Management, and our Service Desk to ensure client success, adoption, and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience selling and supporting complex Modern Work solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 & Azure is required.
• Degree in business or IT or international equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on Modern Work solutions and best practices.
• Interface with SilverSky Service Desk to ensure client needs are met.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to identify upsell opportunities.
• Build strong relationships across divisions and act as a Client Zero Modern Work Champion.
• Provide feedback to improve internal processes and customer experience.
• Maintain knowledge of MWIS services and related technologies.
• Assist with configuration and support of Entra ID, Teams, Office suite, and licensing.
• Participate in reviews and audits to find optimization and cost savings.
