Job summary

Ventus Executive Solutions seeks a skilled Mid/Senior Systems Engineer (Modeling & Simulation) to support an innovative program office responsible for integrating advanced weapons systems into Virginia-class submarines. You will provide engineering and technical support across development, requirements analysis, integration, testing, assessments, and risk management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Math, Physics, or related field.
5+ to 10+ years systems engineering in defense or weapons systems.
Familiarity with TI-24 and submarine combat systems.
Understanding of submarine combat systems and integration.
Experience with modeling, simulation, software, or analytical tools.
Strong systems-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work with government, military, engineering teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
