Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Model Coordinator to identify and recruit models for photo and video productions. You will build an active talent roster, coordinate bookings, and manage usage rights, travels, and releases while partnering with Creative and Production teams.

The ideal candidate has 1–2+ years in casting or talent coordination, strong communication, and negotiation skills. A valid driver’s license is required and you will support cross-functional staffing in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in related fields.
• 1-2+ years of casting/talent coordination or production experience preferred.
• Experience with talent contracts, releases, and production paperwork preferred.
• Knowledge of SAG/talent processes is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required; must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Scout, recruit, and coordinate models and talent for photo/video productions.
• Maintain roster, booking sheets, and casting decks for current/future needs.
• Communicate rates, availability, and project details with talent/agents.
• Negotiate terms and coordinate travel, fittings, shoots, and usage rights.
• Support talent payment processes and ensure documentation is complete.
