Job summary

Riot Hospitality Group seeks Bottle Server talent for the W Scottsdale WET Deck and related venues. You will engage guests, build relationships, and deliver premium service in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include handling VIP experiences, reservations, and maintaining stations with a focus on safety and cleanliness, while upselling where appropriate. This role offers a fun, collaborative environment at a premier Scottsdale location.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing hospitality experience preferred and a professional appearance.
• Must maintain cleanliness and safety procedures at all times.
• Ability to work with urgency and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

We're searching for a candidate who can:

• Development repeat clientele and establish relationships.
• Book VIP reservations.
• Execute VIP presentations.
• Provide ongoing table maintenance.
• Check and maintain proper set-up and cleanliness of service station before, during, and after shift.
• Deliver amazing hospitality experience to guests by anticipating guests’ needs and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Make knowledgeable suggestions based on guest preferences, record the guests’ orders, and up-sell when applicable.
• Assists other associates as needed to meet guest's needs.
• Be comfortable working in a swim suit.
• Excellent communication skills.
• The ability to work with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and stress.
• Ability to maintain positive working relationships with all team members.
• Attention to cleanliness and safety procedures.
• Necessary food and alcohol certifications.
