Job summary

Envista is seeking a skilled production technician to set up, operate and troubleshoot automatic and semi-automatic machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will monitor critical process parameters, follow detailed drawings and SOPs, and assemble sub-assemblies using standard tools and fixtures.

Regular attendance and adherence to safety protocols are essential. The role involves reading layouts, performing calibrations, and ensuring output meets specifications.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient at all model prep tasks, including disinfect, model trimming, debanding and dipping models.
• Must maintain regular and predictable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate automatic or semiautomatic machines and related equipment in production.
• Monitor meters, gauges, valves, flow ratios, temperatures, pressures and related controls.
• Follow engineering drawings, SOPs and other specifications in manufacturing processes.
• Install, modify, move, troubleshoot, repair and dismantle machinery per documented requirements.
• Perform set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of circuits, components and assemblies.
• Assemble mechanical units and sub-assemblies using hand/power tools and fixtures.
