Job summary

Pro-Active Engineering is seeking a Machine Technician to program, operate, and maintain automated production equipment in a Wisconsin manufacturing environment. The role emphasizes quality and safety, following ISO standards and standard work methods.

The candidate will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and assist in spare parts management while training operators and maintaining a clean, safe work area. Experience in a fast-paced setting is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of electronic components and equipment.
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Program automated production equipment.
• Run and operate automated production equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on automated production equipment.
• Troubleshoot automated production equipment with internal knowledge or by contacting manufacturers.
• Order and maintain stock for spare parts.
• Train machine operators on operation of equipment.
• Keep work area clean and safe in accordance with policies.
