Qualifications

• Experience with complex mechanical assemblies and tight tolerances.
• Experience with conducting pressure, flow, and leak testing.
• Ability to interpret aerospace blueprints and data logs for acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate semi-automated assembly equipment.
• Perform complex assemblies with precise alignments.
• Conduct hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure testing on high-pressure benches.
• Execute fluid/airflow testing to meet specified flow rates.
• Operate helium leak testing equipment per aerospace specs.
• Interpret blueprints and validate data logs for quality compliance.
• Monitor fluid cleanliness, pressures, and gas supplies; replace filters as needed.
• Track cycle times to optimize throughput between assembly and testing.
• Manage production flow in ERP for seamless transitions.
• Diagnose test stand alarms and perform routine maintenance and calibration.
• Mentor teammates in proper mechanical techniques and safety.
