Job summary

State Street is seeking an Officer for the Global Multi-Asset Solutions & Model Portfolios team in Boston. You will support onboarding, client relationships, and growth of custom model portfolios, while delivering market insights and strategic analyses to senior leadership.

The role combines client service, business development, and planning, with emphasis on leveraging AI and technology to improve efficiency and scale across advisory platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in investment management, wealth management, consulting, financial services, or related fields.
• Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Custom Models & Client Implementation: Support onboarding and ongoing servicing of RIA and strategic partner relationships; coordinate launch and implementation of custom model portfolio solutions; assist in client presentations and collateral; serve as liaison across Sales, ISG, Product, Operations, and external partners; monitor onboarding timelines and milestones.
• Sales Support, Market Intelligence & Growth Initiatives: Support prospecting efforts, sales opportunities, and client follow-up; develop market trend analyses and industry insights; identify sales opportunities through research; create presentations and content for meetings; assist with conference prep and pipeline tracking.
• Strategic Planning & Business Development: Work with Head of GMAS on strategic initiatives; support business planning, partner evaluations, competitive assessments, and market opportunities; help develop management presentations and growth plans; assist with AI-driven initiatives to improve client experience and efficiency; contribute to scalability and reporting.
