State Street in Boston is seeking an Officer for the GMAS team to help onboard custom model portfolios and support client relationships across RIAs, broker-dealers, and platforms.

You will work with senior team members on market intelligence, strategy, and AI-enabled initiatives to improve efficiency and growth.

This role blends client service, business development, and strategic planning in a fast-paced environment with opportunities to influence adoption and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in investment management, wealth management, consulting, or related fields.
• Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior team members to support onboarding and ongoing servicing of RIA and strategic partner relationships.
• Coordinate the launch and implementation of custom model portfolio solutions.
• Support advisor activation, adoption, and engagement efforts after model launches.
• Assist in developing client presentations, portfolio proposals, trade rationale materials, and custom collateral.
• Serve as a key liaison across Sales, Investment Solutions Group, Product, Operations, and external partners to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor onboarding timelines, project milestones, and client deliverables.
