Job summary

T. Rowe Price is seeking an experienced sales leader to manage a Model Portfolio specialist team based in Colorado Springs.

You will drive growth, develop strategic relationships with model portfolio-centric advisors and platforms, and lead a high-performing sales organization. Requirements include 10+ years in asset/wealth management, FINRA Series 7/66 (or 63/65), Series 24 preferred, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 10+ years of total relevant work experience in Asset/Wealth Management or related financial services.
• Must be based in or willing to work from the Colorado Springs office.
• FINRA licenses (Series 7 and 66 or 63/65) and travel willingness required.
• Preferred: 3+ years people-management experience and ability to coach a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Model Portfolio sales team with clear objectives and high-performance culture.
• Drive achievement of sales objectives by monitoring pipeline and opportunities.
• Develop senior-level relationships with advisors, platforms, and industry partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver Model Portfolio capabilities to clients.
