Job summary

Radiance Technologies is seeking a Model-Based Systems Engineer to support NASIC as part of the MASS Operation. You will help develop authoritative engineering models and participate in multi-disciplinary teams with government customers and contractors.

Applicants should have a Systems Engineering background, 3+ years of experience, and proficiency with MBSE tools. This role requires TS/SCI clearance and a strong capacity for clear technical communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace, or related technical field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of SysML for modeling architectures and system behaviors.
• Proficiency with MBSE methodologies and tools (Cameo, MagicDraw, Rhapsody, Enterprise Architect).
• Ability to develop and maintain models, artifacts, and integrated datasets for complex systems and systems of systems.
• Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team with internal staff, contractors, and government customers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to produce and present technical documentation.
