Job summary

Radiance Technologies in Dayton, OH is seeking a Model-Based Systems Engineer to join the MASS Operation, supporting NASIC customers. You will help develop authoritative models, architectures, and datasets using SysML and MBSE practices, collaborating with engineers and government customers to deliver solutions.

You should have a strong systems engineering background, experience with MBSE tools, and the ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace, or related technical field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of SysML for modeling architectures and system behaviors.
• Proficiency with MBSE methodologies and tools (Cameo, MagicDraw, Rhapsody, EA).
• Experience developing and maintaining models and artifacts for complex systems.
• Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop authoritative engineering models for DoD/IC customers.
• Collaborate with engineers and software developers on MBSE artifacts.
• Maintain models, datasets, and artifacts for complex systems.
• Produce clear technical documentation and artifacts for stakeholders.
