Job summary

Radiance Technologies, Inc. seeks a Model-Based Systems Engineer to support NASIC in Beavercreek, Ohio.

You will contribute to authoritative MBSE models, architectures, and datasets supporting complex systems and systems of systems, collaborating with engineers, developers, and government customers. Preferred candidates hold a BS in a relevant field, 3+ years of experience, and strong SysML knowledge; DoDAF/UAF familiarity and active TS/SCI clearance are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of SysML for modeling architectures and system behaviors.
• Proficiency with MBSE methodologies and tools (e.g., Cameo, MagicDraw, IBM Rhapsody, Enterprise Architect).
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team with government customers.

Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) is a rapidly growing field in the Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Communities.
