Qualifications

• Previous professional bartending or luxury hospitality experience.
• Experience in high-volume environments such as stadiums, festivals, or large events.
• Arizona Title 4 Basic Alcohol Training certification or ability to obtain before events.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently.
• Verify valid 21+ identification and wristbands.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and professional bar station.
• Represent M Culinary Concepts with energetic, approachable presence.
• Adhere to Arizona liquor laws and approved recipes.
• Support event setup, breakdown, and staff coordination.
• Participate in event photography or promotional activities when assigned.
