Job summary

Arizona Grand Resort & Spa in Phoenix is seeking a polished hospitality professional to join our banquet beverage team. You will deliver thoughtful, timely beverage service for resort banquets and special events, creating an experience that feels effortless for every guest.

Two to four years of bartending experience in a hotel, resort, banquet, restaurant, or high-volume setting are required. Arizona Title IV Alcohol Certification and Maricopa County Food Service Worker Certification are

Qualifications

Two to four years of bartending experience in a hotel, resort, banquet, restaurant, or high-volume environment.
Arizona Title IV Alcohol Certification and Maricopa County Food Service Worker Certification required.
High school diploma preferred; equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.
Working knowledge of alcoholic beverages, classic and contemporary drink preparation, garnishing, and responsible service.

Responsibilities

Deliver beverages thoughtfully and promptly for resort banquets and events.
Maintain an organized, fully stocked bar with beverages, glassware, garnishes, and supplies.
Review function sheets and understand event details, service timelines, and guest expectations.
Support servers during service and assist with additional responsibilities as assigned.
Uphold responsible service of alcohol and resort standards for guest safety and experience.
