InfiniSource Consulting Solutions, Inc. is seeking personnel to manage mobilization and demobilization processing for Soldiers, coordinating with operations centers and Government stakeholders.

The role includes updating status, briefing arrivals, and ensuring required checklists are distributed and followed. The position requires security clearance, MS Office proficiency, a valid driver’s license, and military knowledge.

Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain SECRET security clearance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Must be able to operate a motor vehicle.
• Knowledge of Army rank structure and military unit relationships.

Responsibilities

• Collect accurate information and provide current status of mobilizing/demobilizing individuals/elements/units.
• Receive and brief unit personnel at the arrival site.
• Ensure every Soldier has a copy of the mobilizing/demobilizing in-processing checklists and provide instructions for the next day.
• Meet units/individuals/elements thirty minutes prior to movement to processing facilities.
• Brief units on each processing station and ensure completion of assigned processing activities.
• Coordinate schedule changes with the appropriate agency and brief unit leadership daily.
