Job summary

Jon Ossoff for Senate is seeking Mobilization Fellows for Fall 2026 across Georgia, focusing on building a diverse, hard-working team. The fellowship targets current undergraduates or recent graduates, with Georgia residency required; prior campaign experience is welcome but not required.

Fellows will recruit, onboard, and train volunteers to use relational organizing tools; supervise paid organizers; and travel to Atlanta-area events to grow our program.

Qualifications

• Provide assistance to recruit, onboard, and train individuals to confidently use relational organizing tools.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for coordinating volunteers and events.
• Interest in Georgia politics and public service is encouraged; prior campaign experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and train volunteers to use relational organizing tools.
• Manage and support a group of paid relational organizers and help expand network reach.
• Travel to Atlanta-area events to recruit Georgians and grow the program.
• Assist the department with scheduling, supply management, and record keeping.
