• Detail‑oriented with strong follow‑through on tasks.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
• Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office suites.
• Knowledge of campaign tools like VAN is appreciated but not required.

The Recruitment Manager will be principally responsible for ensuring the campaign meets metrics for volunteer and paid program participants, managing a team of fellows and volunteers, attending public events on behalf of the campaign, and supporting the Special Projects department to ensure recruitment and mobilization programs are successful.
