Job summary

Jon Ossoff for Senate is seeking a Training Manager to design and deliver training sessions for volunteers and paid organizers, tabling at events, and representing the campaign externally.

Reporting to the Deputy Special Projects Director, you will develop training materials and ensure recruitment and mobilization programs run smoothly statewide, including monitoring RSVPs and attendance and maintaining strong communications with trainees.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position; 1–2 years of professional experience appreciated but not required.
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through on tasks.
• Capacity to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
• Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office suites.
• Proficiency in VAN campaign tools is appreciated but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop a detailed understanding of campaign tools to train others.
• Conduct daily training sessions, including monitoring RSVPs, verifying attendance, and sending confirmation emails.
• Host office hours or develop other methods to be maximally available to trainees.
• Staff tabling events to recruit trainees.
• Identify and pursue tabling opportunities.
• Other responsibilities as required.

Jon Ossoff for Senate is seeking a Training Manager to support our growing team for the 2026 re‑election campaign. The role involves writing and conducting training sessions for volunteers and paid organizers, tabling at events, and representing the campaign externally. The Training Manager reports to the Deputy Special Projects Director and plays an integral part of the Special Projects department to ensure recruitment and mobilization programs are successful.
