Job summary

Jefferson Franklin Community Action Corporation seeks a full-time EZMO Transportation Coordinator to lead the volunteer driver network and coordinate mobility services in Hillsboro, MO. The role focuses on recruitment, retention, and partnerships to expand transportation access for vulnerable populations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least three years' experience in transportation or mobility programs, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combinations of education and experience.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in transportation programs, mobility management, volunteer management, or related fields.
• Experience recruiting, developing, and managing volunteer programs preferred; supervisory experience desired.
• Experience with grant-funded programs, community collaboration, outreach, and stakeholder engagement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and manage volunteer driver recruitment, retention, and engagement strategies.
• Establish relationships with community organizations to recruit volunteer drivers.
• Coordinate outreach campaigns and events to increase volunteer participation.
• Monitor driver utilization, coverage, and service gaps; address identified needs.
• Oversee driver program standards, onboarding, training, recognition, and compliance.
• Collaborate with Transportation Specialist to ensure recruitment and support activities.
• Manage data related to volunteers and clients; ensure proper reporting.
