Job summary

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in related fields and at least 3 years in transportation/mobility programs, plus strong communication skills and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in related fields.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in transportation programs or mobility management.
• Experience recruiting, developing, and managing volunteer programs preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with grant-funded programs, community collaboration, outreach, and stakeholder engagement preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; public speaking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and improve volunteer driver recruitment and engagement strategies to ensure transportation capacity.
• Establish and maintain relationships with community organizations to recruit volunteer drivers.
• Coordinate outreach campaigns, recruitment events, and networking opportunities.
• Monitor driver utilization, coverage areas, retention, and service gaps; address needs.
• Oversee driver program standards, onboarding, training, and compliance.
