Job summary

Peraton seeks a Systems Administrators – Mobility to support the SITEC-3 program at Camp Smith, HI. You will manage mobile devices, ensure DoD-compliant configurations, and coordinate IMAC-like tasks while interacting with SOF personnel and government customers.

Required TS/SCI clearance, DoD 8570 IAT II, and experience with iOS/Android devices. The role operates within a 24x7 mission-support context under SITEC-3.

Qualifications

• BS + 2 years experience OR HS with 6 years of experience OR AA with 4 years of experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of iPhone, Samsung, and BlackBerry devices including iOS and AOS.
• Current TS/SCI Clearance.
• DoD 8570 IAT II Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provisions, manages, maintains, and tracks end user mobile devices for secure and non-secure communications.
• Configures and maintains mobile devices and related accessories per DoD policies.
• Maintains device configurations, including STIGs, and policy/configuration control.
• Drafts policies and procedures, implements new mobile services, troubleshoots issues.
• Provides training and resolves issues for customers.
• Oversees day-to-day operations for campus SIPR kits and phones.
