Job summary

National Seating and Mobility is seeking a dedicated Technician to support our clients by repairing and assembling wheelchairs, seating and home accessibility equipment. You will coordinate with the Branch Manager and Rehab Technology Specialist to ensure timely order processing, assembly, and delivery.

This full-time, daytime role offers opportunities to work across branches, clinics, schools, and care settings while upholding NSM’s HEARTS values and patient-centered service.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalency.
• Must be able to work full-time, day shift, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Responds to service calls and makes quality repairs in diverse environments.
• Assembles seating, mobility, ADL and home accessibility equipment per specs.
• Maintains inventory control and counts for all orders and stock items.
• Delivers equipment as directed by Branch operations and Field leadership, including fitting, instruction, and customer service.
• Provides technical support to Rehab Technology Specialist as needed.
